Shipping & Returns
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return to the store within 14 days of receiving your products for a full refund. Within 30 days you are eligible for a store credit. Customer must provide receipt at time of return.
All escapeoutdoors.ca orders can be returned to our retail store or by return shipping. Please ensure to have a copy of your invoice when returning online orders. Customers shipping orders back to store for refund or exchange, are encouraged to add shipment insurance to return package, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact info@escapeoutdoors.ca for any issue with an online order.

Escape Outdoors processes order returns within 5 business days upon receiving the customer shipment, and refunds are issued directly to your credit card​.
Clearance items purchased in-store and online discounted >40% are considered FINAL SALE.
